and altar
Spiritual tradition: Soto/Rinzai Zen; in the tradition of Shunyru Suzuki Roshi (San
Francisco Zen Center). We are currently a cooperative group without a
teacher.
Activities: sittings Tuesday and Thursday evenings: 6:45 - 8:30 PM; Sunday
mornings: 9 - 11 AM, with a recorded dharma talk; and some weekday mornings.
Precept studies, zazenkai (one-day sittings), and ceremonies are held regularly. Sesshin (retreat) opportunities are available through our sister sanghas in
Vancouver, BC and Bellingham, WA.
